PSP2 Unveiling (NGP)

Here is a first look at the newly announced PSP2 by Sony codenamed NGP. The PSP2 will come in a brick form factor and feature a 5-inch OLED display with four times the resolution of current-generation PSPs. It has touch pads on both the front and the rear and dual micro analog joysticks. It also has both front- and rear-facing cameras and will use a Flash-based memory card. It will also offer 3G, Bluetooth, and Wi-Fi connectivity. Sony said that the device has an ARM Cortex A9 (core) CPU, and a SGX543MP4+ GPU. It also has a Six-axis motion-sensing system. Games that will be offered for the Next Generation Portable (NGP) include Hot Shots Golf Next, Gravity Daze, Killzone, WipeOut, Resistance, LittleBigPlanet, Uncharted, Little Deviants, Reality Fighters, and Billiards. The PSP2 will be available this holiday season, (long time)

they didn't call it the psp2 because its not the 2nd psp. its a protable gaming station. you might say that its the ps4. not some gay thing that completely ruins your depth perception after 30 min.

PSPGo was an absolute waste of money. 250 dollars for the same thing with a sliding screen, AND you have to rebuy all your games? Bullshit. I can justify something like the 3DS because even though its $250 it at least changes things in the hardware. The NGP looks really cool but if it is FOUR HUNDRED dollars like people have speculated then it is not even close to being worth it. You know what you could get for 4 hundred big ones? 2 PS3s or 2 360s. Is that really worth it?
