what format does the usb video have to be? i can't get mine to play movies from my usb drive even though ive converted the files to mp4. the usb displays the files, but just won't play

@dipset727 I'm sorry but I can't say, I have never tried that on this unit. I would assume that the manual should list that.

Some just stop working, connectivity issues with sat radio, Nav doesn't start, don't read flash drives sometimes. Check it out on Crutchfield, and read the reviews

@dproffessa We have seen some issues with this unit as well. We have had to swap some out, update firmware or just reset them. However, the issues are enough that we are not currently selling this unit until Clarion gets the problems figured out.
