None of those countries that u named has not even something similar to the futuristic city of the Arts and Sciences,the museum of sciences is one of the 5 more importants science´s center in the world after Chicago,S.Francisco and London.The Oceanographic is the biggest in Europe and the Reina Sofia palace of arts is one of the biggest in the world.Valencia is a modern city and was chosen to celebrate the most important sailing event in the world, the America's Cup.
