Appears your philosophy is very simple. It's a black issue not a right or wrong issue. You are no different than the KKK. Have you noticed how much corrupt black politicians there are in Chicago. It's not about race, it's about people like you defending the criminals regardless of what color they are.
Quit this race issue and make it a civilized conversation.

To kungblao- New Orleans is nothing but a dope filled cesspool. It's gang run and lawless. It should be burned down and rebuilt from the ground up. Take the gangbangers and put them in a holding ship in the middle of the sea. With a life sentence without parole.

Guys like you are always "mouthing off" cause you are rejects from all walks of life. You are a classic example of the quote "depravity has no boundaries" however in your case ignorance is an improvement.

To DaPunchdrunk- " Depravity has no boundaries"? Niether does stupidity! Case in Point-G.W. Bush and D. Cheney. Bush is out giving speeches about Financial Responsibility! WTF? Does he not see what he's done to this Country? In your case you're a "Special Child" You are both Depraved and Stupid!

Its good that you are a fair voter, but explain all those crackers who voted for McCain. There are plenty of whites who actually voted for McCain to avoid having a black prez. They are nowhere criticized as much as Pro-Black voters. Like..picture a black guy voting for McCain. Funny..but think about it. Blacks don't have to EXPLAIN why we want a black president. It's obvious. So why should he explain why he wants a black senator? It's obvious. Blacks would have voted for Al Sharpton b4 McCain.

And you don't think there were plenty of blacks who voted for Obama just because he's black? The door swings both ways. The point is that it's silly to vote for someone based on their shade of skin when their qualifications and political views are vastly more important. That goes for whites, blacks, asians, hispanics, whoever.

I never said ANYONE was denied senate because they were black. I said that we're not past racism yet because whites still dont even RESPECT the black civil rights movement, which is what gave true DEFINITION to the spirit of the AMERICAN DREAM. If you read the comments on this page, you cant deny that whites could care less. Even McCain said that he didn't vote for MLK day because he was "uneducated about him". He's racist and doesnt even know it. He thinks hes MORE American than ANY black man.

Well then you're talking about a completely different subject. Most of the comments were talking about this man and the controversy surrounding him. I refuse to get into an argument over the notion that people care about skin pigmentation, because nothing good will come of it.
