Jeff Bezos issued an apology on the Kindle Community forum for last week's ordeal. We're seeing a lot more augmented reality come to reality lately. Jonas Jager will be releasing the source code for an Augmented Reality business card. It'll turn the card into a 3D image when a webcam is shooting. The Zoom Q3 Digital Audio Recorder records high quality audio plus video. The audio is 24-bit, 48kHz and the video is just 640x480 at 30 frames per second. I'm looking forward to seeing some awesome games designed for Project Natal. Here's a video of RUSE being played on a Microsoft Surface. SquareSpace.com is now sponsoring the Brief. Squarespace is a powerful, seamless solution for designing, building and hosting a Web site or blog. It's one of the simplest tools for building a Web site I've ever tried. Just like with Angieslist.com, my promo code at squarespace.com is GEEK. You can try squarespace for free for 14 days without giving them your credit card. Then my promo code will save you 12% off the cost of a subscription.
Cali, what video camcorder did you use to shoot this? The quality is incredible.
Thanks, Chris

I'm really jazzed about that Microsoft surface interface. I hope they get an open source version out before Microsoft's and at a much lower price. It would be really sweet to use on a 42" touch screen. It will certainly redefine gaming, people will be a lot more responsive and in tune with the game having that level of control and birds eye view of the action.
Another awesome job by Cali & co.
