Weight loss vlog 4.11.10

an update? really?

yep!

so i'm down around 12 or so lbs since last update from february... a slow progression, but a progression nonetheless. there's very little point to this video besides to show you guys i'm still alive and working on the weight loss, and the aesthetics of a remote area in tennessee. yep.

wow you have nice places to bike! congrats on the 12lbs! that's awesome! are you just losing it all buy biking? I want to bike but i have really sensitive skin so i can only go during cloudy days. On a normal sunny day 20 mins out in the sun i will get a sunglasses tan:S

i know, this place can be pretty beautiful when it wants to be. i've actually been keeping track of what i've been eating, and exercising via biking, wii fit, and just dance on wii. haha. i like wii exercising, i guess. have you tried the baby brand of sunscreen? i know they have the strongest spfs, with how sensitive babies skin is. the sunglasses tan sucks :/

Hey chicka. I am glad to see you are succeeding again. Gosh, one of these days I will get a bike so we can bike together. Jen's just lazy cuz she already has a bike but wont go without me-???-anyway, have you fallen off your bike yet? that would be great footage lol. You should have Jeremy to hold the camera while you're biking and make a biking video. That would be cool.
