The Redeemer skit

The Redemmer skit, preformed by the college and career group (+ 1 highschool student) of Calvary Chapel North West San Antonio.

In this skit, God creates the earth, and then man. God shows man the world, and warns him against sin. Man gives into his temptations, and participates in partying, the love of money, and lust. Eventually man's sin create a all between him and God, and his sins start closing in on him. Man's sins start to drag him down, and hurt him, until Jesus comes to take his place. Jesus is then beaten, mocked, and crucified. Then man's sins come back to haunt him, until Jesus comes back to life, saves man, and takes away his sins.

Hmm.. I dont know where they got the idea to do this skit, I wasn't in charge of it or anything, I was just added as the party girl when someone else had to drop out. lol

This was my first Pantomime ever...and I played the "Godfather" aka "Party Demon". It seriously means so much to me. The first time I preformed it was at a Church where there were four new Christians...God is amazing...
