Sweet Tooth is a fantstic serial killer and his 8 year old brother was the one to take his life. The Kane family has some serious skills.

I GET IT ALL NOW, The new Twisted Metal game stars needles little brother, and if you say well his shirt tag says kane in the trailers, Well that was his last name... Anyway as soon as he finds the mask his brothers soul eurges him to continue what he started so he becomes and killer then that girl gets away and he is out to kill her
