Knowledge and the courage to pursue methods and paths to achieve the highest accomplishments for the good of all, we can talk about it or we can make it happen.

One World In Concerts purpose to communicate and preserve knowledge and deeply inspiring experiences continues. We invite you to take part with us in the Native American Lakota Hunka Ceremony (The Making of Relatives Ceremony). It is the first time this ceremony has been accorded the privilege to be filmed.

The Making of Relatives ceremony will take place in the Black Hills, South Dakota, Spring 2010, and acknowledge those of you who choose to create a meaningful place for Lakota teachings and traditions in a world that today seeks tools for peace and greater understanding of its Path.

The ancient practice of assuming Hunka relationship is the binding of ties of fidelity stronger than brotherhood, or family. Lakota Elder Leroy Curley has invited Ora Abel-Russell to become his sister. It is a gesture they extend to All of Us to deepen the understanding of direct experience between our cultures and to stand up with us in this invaluable, therapeutic process of dissolving barriers, healing deep wounds and becoming brothers and sisters in reality.

Dear Friends, One World In Concert produced WISDOMKEEPERS, the spiritual transmissions of three Lakota Elders, to further awaken regard of the human self and establish the validity of Lakota wisdom.

Join us to explore and express our capacity to manifest a Gathering of intended Energy and sincerity of the heart to stimulate forward motion to opening ones self to spiritual evolution.

sooo ermmm... are you sufi? cuz apparently, you are picking and choosing. If you are sufi, you are muslim. And if you are muslim, astrology, the red path, and other pagan pathes are forbidden. You cannot mix them together, not with Islam. Clearly you have confused sufi mysticism with something else. You cannot just take part of sufiism and toss it in a salad with other spirituality. If you knew the struggle of muslim women, even sufis, their sorrow, i think you would rethink your thoughts.

Thanks for the video of 'hunka.' A song I sing goes like this: 'hunka hunka hunkapi, hunkapi, heya heya hey, wigmunke oyate wigmunke oyate...' translated as 'we are relatives this is the relative ceremony heya heya hey, we are the rainbow people...' and so on. I teach sacred Lakota ways in Vermont and walk a spirit path for many years. Love our mother earth, live as selflessly as we can & speak truth from a good heart! mitakuye oyasin!
