We were planning to just replace the bathroom floor to match what we just put in the rest of the downstairs. Once I pulled up the old oak, I found the subfloor slats (over 160 years old) we quite rotten due to leaks around the toilet flange and some sink leaks..

I pulled up the sub-floor, found the joists in horrid condition as well. We're down to the demo cleaned stage, will be removing and replacing the middle joist and sistering the others for nailing surface.
