  • it says that ALL will be raised, some to everlasting LIFE, some to everlasting SHAME AND CONTEMPT. Jesus came to save us! oh death where is your sting, the sting of death being sin, have you ever noticed that when you try to 'be good' you SHAME nasty people? and if you say ANYTHING they get downright ANGRY, and call you judgemental etc. that's what hell is, having to look in the face of a perfect God! if sin is destroyed, hell would become heaven and if it is not, heaven would become hell...

  • @misplacedwonder Mal_4:1 For, behold, the day cometh, that shall burn as an oven; and all the proud, yea, and all that do wickedly, shall be stubble: and the day that cometh shall burn them up, saith the LORD of hosts, that it shall leave them neither root nor branch.

    Stubble burns away so completely that there is nothing at all left. This is what will happen to the wicked.

  • The Bible does not teach eternal punishment. God's love and mercy endures forever. Does it really endure forever or only in this life? How can it be Good News if it doesn't translate to the afterlife? God will still judge but He will not punish forever. Join in at whatthehellbook . com

  • @whatthehellbook No the bible doesn't teach eternal punishment, but it does teach eternal consequences... it does not teach salvation for all (though it is available to all if they turn) 1Co 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.

  • @whatthehellbook yes yes, even tho the doctrine of hell maybe TRUE, i think it's better to concentrate on how badly we need Jesus NOW, and how infinitely KIND He is to sinners, all i know is that without Jesus, i can do nothing

    1 John 2:2- He himself is the sacrifice that atones for our sins—and not only our sins but the sins of all the world.

  • @BlazyJon Daniel clearly lays the foundation for this prophecy you are referencing. Please be open minded about this. A seeker of the truth has nothing to fear from open and honest investigation. Please understand that the battle of the last days will be between those who "keep the commandments of God" (all ten) and those who have the mark of the beast (those who acknowledge the beasts commandments above God's). Islam is a minor player in all of this.

  • @jumanous hello sweetie, thanks for replying, i'm actually a secret universalist, so no need to preach annihilation to the choir lol Jesus said... EVEN THO THE LAW IS TRUE, 'let you who is without sin, cast the first stone' and He was the only one who could cast that stone, and HE DIDN'T, so even tho hellfire may be 'true' i am trusting that Jesus came to save THE WORLD, not condemn it :)

  • oh by the way, i'm NOT SAYING that Christians don't sin! I'm saying that Jesus pays the price, which is everlasting shame and contempt before God... we are saved from the CURSE of the law... we are saved, yes, do good, but just 'love God and TRY'... and stop fretting if you are able :)
