The toy was purchased for $9.95 on sale. The remote control ones cost too much for a cat toy ($>100).

I'm not convinced that a remote-control toy would do better. Lucy has mentally categorized the thing as "moving, but not living". I'm not sure she'd show more interest in a more interactive machine.

that isnt a real one its just a thing that moves the real onbe is bigger nad it does way more things u should of got a roboreptile for 80-100$ and she would reasct alot
