This ending is almost as sad as the first game.

DS 3, will mostly likely INVOLVE Issac and Lexine. Lexine, and Issac (possibly Ellie, because in DS2 she never ONCE talked about the "voices" in her head, assuming she never heard them), are all immune to the Marker's calls. Issac, I believe became immune or passively immune after being pissed off to god knows where(FUCK YOU, AND FUCK YOUR MARKERS).

Hopefully DS 3 will be even better than the second. I liked DS2 > DS1. Fantastic franchise.

1.It is mentioned that EarthGov has seized his body for study, hinting that Gabe may still have a role to play in the future

2.Steve Papoutsis indicated that Gabe Weller's fate remains unknown after answering a fan's question asking, "What made you decide to kill off Gabe Weller in Dead Space 2 : Severed?" Steve answered, "Who said he's dead?" This indicates he might play a future role in future Dead Space games
