Auschwitz Concentration camp

This is a video from my second visit to Auschwitz Birkenau in april 2010.
Much is said and much is written, but the open wond of erasing 1.3 million people by the nazi`s stays...even after 66 years.

i think i know why they gave the people numbers... it's easier to hurt a number than a human being... your name is what makes you human, you take that away and give a person a number for there identity, they're easier to hurt that way...

@lexalina132 Yes you are right...altho not everybody got numbered only those who were usefull, the most of them were sent to the gaschambers straight away.

Now. i am not a nazi, nor am i a neo nazi. people talk about hitler being evil, which he was, but what about stalin? no-one knows the true figures of how many he had killed & secretly buried. pol pot is another with his khymer rouge. there have been other evil tyrants in history who have been the very same. man will always persecute man.

WW 2 cost almost 55 million people there lifes.

55 million people lost there life and theire future because of a bunch of criminals driven by hate and jealousy, wanted to make the world better.

But they forgot to chance theirself

history is full of evil tyrants who did despicable things & no doubt future history will also have many other tyrants who will do other despicable things. As it's in man's nature to kill man, we will always be fighting a battle with them despots.

These people always claim that what they do is for the common man & a better future for everyone, but we all know different.

the sooner Mugabe is ousted & executed, along with Gaddaffi & kim jon il,the world might be a bit safer.

multipuzzler. i agree with you. i am not & was not trying to vindicate hitler & what he ordered, but a lot of people do not know about the wannasee conference & there fore are somewhat naive. i do remember reading that just after the conference, himmer walked into his office sat down with his head in his hands & said to his adjutant, what have we started. it's a shame that people can be brainwashed by an evil tyrant like hitler.
