What does she mean Illegal in America each state can vote for it. Theres no Federal Law prohibiting Gambling across the county (not like BS prohibition laws). Gee, There's Nevada,Atlantic City, Indian Reservations and River Boats. Texas pays for schools through Lotto if you have a lottory,yes that's Gambling.
