Customer writes:
"The alert system had only been up a few weeks.... I came home and there is this opened package out front. It was addressed to a neighbor up the street. That is very odd - time to check the camera logs. What is this? Some strange guy comes to my door and steals three large packages! Checking previous clips, I realize that UPS had just delivered the boxes 11 minutes before the thief showed up. What was in those packages? Two of them were my 15 month old daughters Christmas presents. Her first infant trike and her first dollhouse. As of 12/31/2010 no word if he has been caught even with the youtube video being shown on two Dallas newscasts and still photos from the video in the Dallas Morning News."

I agree.
If she would have mounted it lower, we would have a clear shot of his mug.
I use the internal camera with suction cup mount on the inside of both my storm doors with the motion detector sconce lights on.
He would have been caught at my house.

Camera is too high. get it down to eye level in the door. Im sure you prob know this now.....
