Humans started out sleeping on the ground. Only recently have people been sleeping in mattresses. Guest which country has the worst back problems? USA. Countries like China and Japan, which still sleep on basically wood or very firm mattresses, have little back problems and outlive americans.

Yea all thats true, if the person you are talking to is a side sleeper, but if they are a back sleeper or a stomach sleeper, then it will be just what they need. If I sleep on my back, it will give me the support I need, and if I sleep on my stomach, it will keep my spine in alignment. However if im a side sleeper, I will have pressure points. Jeez, do you actually listen to your customer, or just try to sell them what you sleep on?

I have an extra firm pillow top. I have a very bad back and it is better for me than softer beds.

Shut up loser. Firm mattresses are by far much healthier for my body.
