im new with twixtor, but how do you do it like some parts are normal speed then slow mo then fast then normal? do you cut the clips and put different speeds on theM?

No, you don't have to cut the clips. You set keyframes and change the speed value. There's a great free downloadable tutorial with samples and great explanation of exactly how to use the program at their website.
