Ghosts of Mississippi/Blue Side of the Mountain by The Steeldrivers

June 6, 2009 with Chris Stapleton on guitar, Tammy Rogers on fiddle, Richard Bailey on banjo, Mike Henderson on steel guitar, and Mike Fleming on bass. I taped two songs together and decided not to divide them into two because I felt you really lose the crowd excitement when the two weren't together. I was BLOWN AWAY by Ghosts of Mississippi!!!

@RaymondB1971 I've seen those vids. I wonder how serious Chris is about that rock project. Maybe its just something he does every now and then while still taking time for the fam. I like "The Jompson Bro's", although Chris's voice has so much more power and feeling with acoustic backing.

@MikeyLikesIt1870 Mikey I read the same thing somewhere about Gary not being a replacement for Chris and kinda thought the same thing about him maybe returning sometime. I can't remember where I read it at though. But, Chris is playing in a rock band called "The Jompson Brothers" right now. There are a few vids on youtube.I would also love to see a return of Chris to the Steeldrivers.
