It was #1 for 7 weeks on the Billboards Top 100 chart; and on the chart for a total of 24 weeks. It was #1 for one week on the Country Best-Seller chart and #1 for 1 week on the rhythm & blues chart. It was one of only three Elvis songs to top all three Billboard charts. The other two were Dont Be Cruel and Jailhouse Rock. Sales exceeded 1,000,000. It was the A-side to Loving You. Elvis would also sing this song in his concerts in the 1970s. This song is available on countless LPs including Elvis Golden Records, Elvis: Worldwide 50 Gold Award Hits, Vol. 1, Loving You Soundtrack, The Number One Hits, The Top Ten Hits, Artist of the Century, 30 #1 Hits, The King of Rock n Roll-The Complete 50s Masters, A Touch of Platinum, and The Very Best of Love, which is where this version is from.

when i listen to elvis, it makes me think about my step dad charlie.. i miss him sooooo much!!!!!!!!!! he died when i was six or seven but i still remember alot about him.. elvis was his FAVORITE singer. i used to listen to it ALL the time with charlie. im 12 and i remember alot bout him. he gave me a bear that sang this song. i really wish i still had it..
