  • very good training....

    very nice teacher.....

but u have to wear elbow pads......

cause after ths stage i got come back home... :-)))))

  • @FlavourFightLF Dont think I've ever used pads other than for the other person to hit lol..

  • I enjoyed this video.

Tryed it.Requres lots of speed. If defending person covers himself not with keysi stanse(both hands on head with elbows wide open) i found it extremly hard to land punches and hummers.

1: Both hands are straighten, he keeps them near by my head. With first opportunity grabs me.

2: Elbows closed when i initiate he trys to block\catch or dodge.

    Suggestions?

Still i like idea and method of pushing guard with elbows... will work on it.

  • good. Beautiful and blinding. Always easier if one is on top. How does one react if aggressed while on the bottom?

  • slick

  • Andy Normans speed is incredible! What a great art.

  • the trainer so Quick.

  • These guys are all about the man love!

  • @gizzmozzium : Umm well Keysi is like any other fighting method or style .. you can't say "I TRIED IT AND IT DIDN'T WORK" .. LOL .. it takes practice, timing and technique .. You have to drill it quite a few times ..

  • @gizzmozzium

I agree with your last point..using elbows against the guard is an interesting concept to "defang" your attacker. Personally I'm not sure about KFM or Krav. I'm not saying Kali is "the answer". As JKD practitioner I'm interested in taking bits from KFM and adding to the arsenal.
