It is the military that forbids it's members to not be affiliated with OMG's not Trooper Wiley! The two stopped are not SF soldiers but were removed prior to the stop. I would say the fact that they were going to a Hell's Angels' clubhouse would mean they are associating with criminals. Anyone can Google how many indictments the members of HA have had. A huge Federal trial a few years ago in Seattle for example. I know, I know, they are really nice guys trying to do charity work.

Obviously you are a cop and I would guess you are Pigott or Wiley since you know what clubhouse was near the area they were stopped. Next, since when has that specific veterans MC been an OMG? The most recent ATF report on OMG's (its public record) and the military does not identify their club as an OMG or identify those two bikers? Finally, how would you know if they were removed from SF? Fact is, they were not removed and your comment is slanderous.

First off, what your dad's dashcam video evidences is that he regularly violates the law and Washington Constitution when stopping bikers. That's an incontrovertible fact. Second, I do care about his opinion. I have emailed both your dad and Wiley requesting they sit down with me for an interview to be included in my next documentay and tell their side of the story, but to date, neither of them have had the balls to respond to my requests.

I know not all clubs are the same but the majority of them do sell drugs and commit violent crimes against others. So stop pretending that you are all normal people. I'm not gonna get into an argument or debate about this video. I would only like to point out that there's a difference in a profile stop and a pretextual stop. The US Supreme Court, which would obviously supercede Washington's State Constitution ruled in Whren v. US (1996) that pretextual stops were not a violation of one's Constitutional Rights. I also heard a lot of "yes sirs" and "thank yous" from the troopers and I saw a lot of editing on your behalf.

maybe the rider didnt use his turn signal when he overtook a car, but I, as everybody else, saw the amount of traffic the WSP Trooper had to go through, even called a driver a dumbass (Im an LEO BTW, and have said similar crap) but thr Trooper went through to much hassle to get to the riders. I dont know, I wouldnt have made the stop.
