Sooo...this is a joke. I hope everyone here knows that. It's akin to the British TV show "Look Around You."

@lrosegaijin08 I truly appreciate your response, and I would love to visit Japan some time, just to see. I know about the behaviour part, because one time, years ago, I went to a night club in Wash. DC, and at one table there was a group of Japanese men, and while the dance was going on, they sat there, looking at the dancer, all just well behaved, not joking, not harrassing, not being rowdy in any way. This made an impression on me I'm not soon bound to forget.

@InsanityHere actually there are so many village type towns that might cater to your needs. if you are serious i'd recommend going to places such as fukui (japan seaside) or yamagata. I've lived in Japan for 7 years (in yokohama) and long to live in such places!
But as for your comment about the Yakuza. They are probably the best behaved gang in the world. I.e. they don't hurt people who have nothing to do with them. It's that simple. But they are dangerous if you are silly enough.....

@nattoumeboshiman This was terribly amusing. Are the Yakuza subject to such disciplinary actions? How about the tatoo artist? Also, are street cleaners subject to this type of apology? Also, do the garbage men have degrees?
It joke. Not true.
