I'm a bartender, trained during the pre-artisinal-pretentiousness era, and I can't stand the douchebaggery that exists right now in so many city restaurants with their "Cocktail Programs" and shit stain "Mixologists", who can make 5,000 drinks, but can't hold a normal, everyday conversation.

This is hilarious and spot on. People that are annoyed by this don't know much about the craft cocktail world and how pretentious sooo many of those people are. And they're probably drink slingers who get called bartenders and don't know anything about their product, they just pour beers & shots.
