00:41 - be smooth and predictable when moving to the front
00:59 - pull off the front smooth and predictable

01:17 - match the speed of the rider moving to the front
01:45 - move outside into the wind instead of using brakes

02:29 - moving to the front of the paceline
02:44 - leaving an extra gap if riding a time trial bike
03:15 - watch for the last rider in paceline
04:24 - signal when filling gaps in paceline

05:29 - look for the last rider while moving to back of paceline
06:06 - try to avoid using brakes in the paceline

There are many rides in the area. We are leaving the Spin Zone Bike shop in Granger, IN on Thursday evenings. There are other rides (Outpost Sports) leaving North Point school in Granger, IN on Tuesdays. Another ride leaves the ProForm bike shop on Thursday evenings. There are MBA rides leaving different locations around South Bend and Granger almost every day of the week. South Bend was certified at Bike Friendly Community by the League of American Bicyclists this year.!.!
