  • Correct me if I'm wrong, If you roll an aircraft into a turn an it's fully coordinated, you won't feel any sideways movement. However, if you roll an aircraft quickly your body takes time to roll with the a/c. If the a/c rolls left, your body feels like you're leaning to the right in the cockpit. So, with this chair, I think it should roll slightly in the [[opposite]] direction of a quick roll. Think about it! :)

  • Embry Riddle University bought 8 for flight training and they don't have any complains. I'm not a pilot so I can't confirm what you are saying, but in my paraglider when I turn right, I lean right.

  • since you cant go inverted, it must really mess with your senses when you start to barrel roll and the scren continues and your motion stops.

  • When you are doing the roll and the screen is moving, it is very...interesting, very realistic, but if you stop inverted gravity does make you wonder what is going on!

  • can you use different flight sims for example fsx and also can you get them in australia

  • Hi Dazza; I'm working on a design that will pack small and light enough to be shipped to Oz. I have a fellow that wants to be the Australian distributer if production gets to that level.

  • nice to see how far its come Doc. I remember when you were first putting ideas together in the cannery.

I deliver to your Kelowna shop but i've never seen you there yet.

    keep up the good work

  • The passive mode is simple: the joystick is attached to a mechanism which rolls the chair from below. This is not really natural and does not really reflect the flight impressions related to acceleration rendering.

  • it would be cool if you could..

  • ok thats cool thx for the info keep me updated!

  • On their website, they tell that they have not motors and this things does not consume energy. How is it turning then ? We can see the guy going through roll and pitch. Is it self driven ?
