  • Hey guys! My name is Mike and I'm the reporter who covered the story and took the video. It was all shot on my iPhone, which explains the audio. It was one of the most touching stories I've ever had the privilege of covering.

There have been a ton of view and comments, which is awesome! I was just wondering... was this video posted on a message board or something?

    Have a great week!

  • As God finished creating the world he thought. I need to make something to show man unconditional love and companionship. God spoke " I know I will spell my name backwards and make DOG for man." And so it was.

    Semper FI my Brother.

  • I'm happy this dog went home after doing his job and serving for our freedom. He is my hero!!!
