@SwingCasterFilms He was originally going to be in UMK3 but was replaced by Rain for unknown reasons. He was also going to be in Armageddon but they cut him out again. One website had him listed as the 3rd most requested character for MK9 DLC behind Cyber Smoke and Tanya.
