that bov aint even opening..the turbo flutter is caused because the bov isnt opening to vent the excess pressure and its being redirected back to the turbo thus causing the blades to temporarily spin backwards causing the flutter......which kills your turbo after a time dont be confused between the sound of a bov and the sound of turbo flutter

if im to recirculate the bov, it'll make the fluttering sound?

and if im to release the air, the bov will produce the normal bov sound?

Why is every video on here that I see of a bov that is fluttering a Honda? Seriously you give us all a terrible name in the tuner community when its not set up the right way.
