Sometimes I wonder if the world would not be better off if we were all born blind...

I remember the time she mentioned your name in her video and it pissed me off. Who did she think she was mentioning other Youtubers like that? How other people choose to wear their hair is none of her damn business. She could of made her dislike for so called "un-natural" hair without attacking anyone personally. And this whole idea of only certain black people being "concious" is soooo stupid! As for what she did, I have no problem with it. But I do think she is hypocritical in her views.

Great video, more importantly, great message.

Some people point out what they feel are transgressions in others due to their own issues of poor image. Real self consciousness is being true to yourself. Your independent thinking, real character and your actions exemplify true self consciousness. (such as Carving out your own "style" and bonding with whomever you choose, not by some predesignated handbook).. Ms R, your life proves to all who know you, that you are on the correct side of every word of this video's title.

GOOD VIDEO
I listened to your video. Not that you care what I think.. but here's a couple points.
1) Your hair looks better long & straight
2) I have no idea why any idiot would think because you grew out your hair would want you to act white. It's fairly obvious that your not trying to act white.
3) Your very talented. Just don't let the bullshit get in the way. You will succeed.

I told someone about 2yrs ago almost EXACTLY what her future held. She was very transparent 2me, but I mostly lol @ her followers. The saddest part is weak people (particularly young impressionable ones) going 4the okeydoke from people who are clearly unintelligent, narrowminded, & shallow. I should probably have a little more compassion 4her/them-- but no-- I don't.
Meanwhile, I'm just kicking back watchin' the bus back over her-- repeatedly.
I know... I need 2work on my sensitivity.

@TABULOUS1 I don't feel sorry either... I don't feel sorry for anyone that gets on the internet or in person faking the fucking funk...I didn't have nothing for her when she called my named out in that video... when I didn't even know who the fuck she was...I never subbed her, I never responded to any of her videos, and never watched any after that...and when I saw that first "exposed" video.... I must say that I was not surprised at all....actually got moist from excitement of the exposition

Hi, it sounds like you have had some really trying times too. I really appreciate your singing and wonderful voice. Have a wonderful day. Don't be affected by people's negative comments; those are people are not really worth hearing. Be your own and be proud as always.

@billieheart Yeah that was just a portion, but I never made excuses and went against what I didn't believe in to survive.... I think that people that do that are very hypocritical.....
