Can I use this to train technique on the pads/DE bag/heavy bag? I know they are not bag gloves, but would they hold up well considered the generous amount of padding over the knuckles?

For amateurs , You have to have blue/red shorts , blue/red shirt , blue/red gloves and head gear. in professional boxing, you don't need head gear or shirts

@TheTheprince5 at the amateur fights around maui, you don't need your own competition gloves. they just slap a pair on you and you fight. but then again, maui is a bit disorganized haha.
