Really impressed by your audition, although there was a little bit too much in the way of motorbike footage. I see how it ties in with your adventure-seeking, but perhaps a little more car content would have helped. Hope you got it in before the Feb 1 deadline!
Also, do you think posting on YT might go against you? All entries become property of Freehand so copyright may be claimed. I'm not game to upload mine just in case.
Anyways, let's hope we at least get interviewed! :o)

I can see how it could be seen to be that- but then I do more video for bike adventures than cars. I do a weekly car segment on 3AW, with "only" 3 bike segments amongst 70 odd car segments. Pretty good ratio.
As far as posting on YT, I am comfortable, I will take it down if asked, but frankly SBS would be pretty cheeky to take down applicants videos when they have gone to so much effort. Especially when the BBC use Youtube for "real" TG videos.

Tom - surely you got a call back - that was terrific - and it's a truely brave man that will dink his wife on a journey north ... 10 /10 ! Will we see you at the Shannons Classic at P/Island in March ?

It wasn't just a trip North, we went the whole way round.
She was "only" the girlfriend at the start of the trip, but came back to Melbourne as the fiance. Good Times.
