  • and is it just me or is that note at 2:41 to 2:41 a lil off

  • I always thought so too, but then I noticed that they did it in almost every single performance. So I'm not really sure...

  • Hey!! Im on nthe drumline at LHS!! Actually...we always say we are gonna suck te next year..but somehow..it helps makes want to practice and get better so we dont!!! The drumline has nothing to worry about next year..there are plenty of talent there and who knows what the incoming freshman will bring to the table!!!!

  • That's good. =) I was just repeating what I'd heard, but I like what you're saying better.

  • Yeah, but they got the solos because they were GOOD. Being juniors doesn't matter.

And yeah, next year will be (hopefully) better, because there is a nice junior class. I have heard, though, that the drumline is worried about next year because of their skill level, and, well, if the drumline sucks, the rest of the band won't really matter. But I don't really know the skill level of the juniors in the battery, so I can't say if that's true or not. It's just what I heard from one of the cymbals.

  • This is probably one of the most underrated shows I've ever seen... amazing.

  • Nobody likes the IRS...

It should go find a building to lock itself in and then burn down.

  • the senior class of 2010 had an equally great year, finishing second in class AAA with 14th place at Grand Nats

  • I'll admit when you stopped to think about how many ppl had worn that uniform before you, your stomach turned a little! But I loved those uniforms, and I loved the fact that this show was made around our uniforms! Ya'll haven't seen anything till u see the BOA Atlanta performances!! The BOA judges liked this show too! Bc it was AWESOME! we got 1st in our class and 2nd overall. It was great senior year!!

  • They aren't rich, also the school would not allow them to get new ones. That uniform style has been used since the school was started in the 1930's.

  • and firstguy drum major in 21 years woot

  • the styles were different cause sheba was desined for BOA and this was for KMEA there will prolly be a difference for next year too with nationals

  • not necessarily.

    pld won 4 captions

    lhs had 2 captions

even if that one judge had placed you in 2nd, LHS would have still finished 2nd...but the scores would be within a point.

  • lol :D

I enjoyed playing that synthesizer solo!

  • One judge, thats it. We would have won if it werent for one judge.

  • Seriously ... How did Lafayette not win state this year?!?!?!?

I LOVE THIS SHOW! This really "feels" like a Lafayette show to me. 'Sheba,' on the other hand, does not. Can anyone explain why there were such stylistic differences between these two shows ... only one season apart?

PS: I would also love to see 'Images of Rome' again. And, 'Parisian Venues.' In fact, someone should just post them all!!! :-)
