  • Yea unfortunately you probably developed it as well. just make sure u eat fibers. stay away from fatty food or spicy foods. also citrus and real cold drinks on a empty stomach. if your going to be home all day then go ahead and eat whatever u like since u can run to the bathroom when u need to. i tried drinking a full cup of metamucil fiber drink before going to bed with lots of water after it. it really helps out ur stomach the next day to keep u going normal all day. just repeat it every night

  • I had my gall bladder taken out when I was 19 - it was an easy recovery and I have no problems now. Maybe some people get irritable bowel syndrome, but I feel fine and it's been 5 years now. Anyone who's experiencing frequent gall bladder attacks should consider the surgery - no one should have to tolerate that kind of torture.

  • @zimmermann1986 your absoolutly right

  • hi im 17 and i have pain almost every night now but very small pain but its constant, my galllstones are really big i have two i mean there really big so they cant get stuck in the duct according to my doctor is there any thing i can do to stop the pain while its happening PLEASE, can i do anything to dissolve the stones idk but why me and by the way what cause stones, is it ur diet or genetics what i want to know?

  • @amarjot92 I think its genetic because my aunts had there gall bladders taken out from both sides of parents and my dad had his taken out. I was the lucky one to get those genes. Keep in touch on ur progress.

  • @amarjot92 . I try to control it by not eating junk foods. For now just go to a herb Store or supermarkets its called Anise Seeds. Sprinkle some in to a pot of boiling watter. then remove from stove and pour in tea cup and cover your cup with a plate so the tea seed can concentrate. add a lil bit of sugar so it can taste good. drink it hot warm. that will help aliveate the pain.

  • I just got mine removed yesterday now I don't know what to eat and anything I do eat makes my tummy all bubbly :( or it can just be that I've hadn't ate anything for a few days I'm not sure but now I really don't know what I should or should not eat and someone that I know who has had it done cant eat spicy foods after she got hers out and if that's true for me too that will suck monkey balls coz I love spicy foods (>ړ<)

  • @4chango Yes but when you have gall stones, I would consider surgery the best solution because otherwise if your gall stones block the passage leading outside your gall bladder you can get very sick, the gall bladder can turn toxic and then you might need emergency surgery. Plus anyone who's had a gall bladder attack knows it's excruciatingly painful and traumatic. It's great if your gall bladder is healthy and functioning, but if you have huge gall stones, surgery is the best solution.

  • @promokoko Yup. I try to avoid really fatty meals because sometimes they can make you feel kind of blah but other than that, I can eat anything :)

  • @zimmermann1986 are you still able to eat any food you want?

  • IBS= Irritable Bowel SIIIIndrome FOOOL!

  • @p3chase Hellyeah man I was eating good and biking 10-20 miles a day then Dec-18 I was dieing of pain, got rushed to the ER had my Gal bladder removed and I'm feeling pretty good! no more pain and no unusual bowl activity and I have eaten all the normal Xmas New years food =-D

  • I'm scheduled for removal..btw stones are linked to hormones in women they tend to show up frequently during pregnancy and those who take hormonal birth control. Don't waste ur money on gimmicky cleanses that don't work... Research online.

  • Ok I have been having gall bladder issues for years and I'm 29 female. I have looked up everything.... The gall bladder/liver cleanses are BOGUS!!! There is NO way for them to be absorbed into the gall bladder, and it is reported that the ingredients being ingested during a cleanse create the waxy bits that you excrete. Ultrasounds done during the process show no changes in stone count. Ultra sound shows me with tons of stones, hida scan showed my gall bladder doesn't fill with bile. I'm sc
