My best friend and I went as them for Halloween that year, and it was AMAZING.

Man Howl O Scream 2008 was my first time going. I plan on going every year. This brings back so many memories, I can't wait for this year!

to be as honest as I can... HHN and HOS are on very different ends of the event spectrum... HHN has a lot of money... so props... costumes... set designs... character license... will all be more extravagant... but for the past few years... the actual terror level is almost all atmospheric and very little actually startle... they have the classic shows... but HOS has some cool new ones too. HOS is just more brutal... more in your face scares... Not quite as intricate... but much more intense...
