3D Animation Lip Sync - Brother Bear

Hi all,
I Just finished this today and thought i'd upload it to share.
The voice clip is Kenai talking from Brother Bear :D
This is my interpretation of the movements he could be making to the words.
No, the movements are not stolen from the original animation in the movie. I made them all up myself!

(The rig used is Dee Rig, animated in 3DS MAX 9)

there's definitely a scope of improvement in animation..specially work on secondary motions like hand movements & fingers..

though i would say..nice try :)
