@PAKposse They are already peruvian despite their ancient african origin and their original culture. But you'll see those guys, some of them are not afro-peruvians or some are mixed with other races maybe the indigenous race. But in Peru since the fifties or so almost all the schools teach afro-peruvian dances and music no matter the race of the students most of us who studied in the main cities of Peru like the afroperuvian music and dances because it is already part of our culture & pride

me love it! so beautiful to see the Diaspora still holding it down in places like Peru, gotta love YouTube coz many 'latino's' from Columbia etc try to act like we all died! even my country has ppl pretending their is no african influence ... just look at our dances! You see these moves tday at egun festivals in Nigeria and all over the motherland, but not in Spain!
