  • A good way to see how badly videos can be done is to watch a few 'exert village' videos. By contrast, your videos are great.

    With a photography background, I see guys making the mistake of shooting in bright sun with too much contrast. Good lighting is critical, preferably with flat light to open up the shadows. Manual focus and manual exposure will help to keep the focus and exposure on the subject.

  • this was very educational for me cause i plan to make some videos of refrigerator repairs,and i agree with you on everything you said,i will have to break everything into 10 minute or less segments,but i never thought about someone having to watch them in order.
