Denver dangerous drivers that Denver Police along wth city attorney refuse to prosecute. Even though this owner owns only one truck and he is the only listed driver of record the city believes this is not enough evidence. Thne police nor the city attorney has contacted the owner to investigate. I witnessed the tailgaiting and started making a video when the truck started changing lanes without enough roombetween us. If I had not stepped hard on the brakes i would not be here. What do you think? Do you feel safe?
