The moral outlook on the bombing of Dresden

We tried to show the two different moral outlooks on the bombing of Dresden by creating two propaganda shows. The american propaganda shows how the german industry is getting destroyed. The german propaganda shows the coleteral damage of the bombings.
The reason for showing the two outlooks is, that the viewer has the chance to create his/her own meaning about the bombings of Dresden.

Im no Nazi, but it offends me coarsest how you think that the Germans were only bad and the americans only good.

That is a world in black and white.

and this world doesnt excist.

But what I get most angry about is that you think, everyone who has more critic on openminded outlook on the world than you is a follower of Goebbels thoughts.

I take that as a personal insult for me and all germans.

My outlook on Americans had changed after we made the schoolexchange program.

But now I am reminded of how many idiots live in the US.

Guys like you, who say that something is bad, just because you could defeat it!

Because that is how americans look on things.

But that does not change a thing at the fact, that the US also comitted acts of terror.

It is a fact that Dresden was military unimportant, it was a fact the war was won...

Why do you argue about the amount of killed people?

If you want to know my honest meaning, I think you are a pervert.

How can you outweigh lifes against each other? If they kill 25.000 people or 250.00 - whats the fucking difference?! Its all the same! They were innocent citizens who were not involved in the war.

I mean there is nobody who says the the Germans werent comitting acts of terror during that war. They were! No doubt about that..

But you cant judge an act by analogy to another. Maybe something is worse than another thing, but you can still call the bombing of dresden a terrorbombing.

And trust me it is not the only crime of war the US comitted in that war. - Montecassino just to name another... And I know the Germans did more wrong things in this war. I KNOW IT!

When Dresden was being bombed - most of Germany was still in Germans hands and V2 rockets were still falling indiscriminately on London, rockets made in Mittlebau-Doar by slave labourers, 20,000 of whom were hung, shot beaten or starved to death. German generals were determined to fight an unwinnable war.

@eddie123e I was a teacher before I retired. Your English is quite good and practice like this will improve it. It is important when you consider a topic related to something as emotional as a war, that you keep an open mind and consider every point of view including those that are a little painful. German generals who knew the war was lost neverthess refused to surrender as if that was a noble, courageous thing to do. It was a cowardly thing to do which cost the lives of 25,000 Dresdeners..

While Dresden and after was being bombed, V2 rockets were still falling indiscriminately on London - rockets being made in Mittlebau-Dora by slaves, 20,000 of whom were hung, shot, beaten or starved to death by their German masters. Poison gas was still being produced in Dresden in Chemishe Fabrik Goye..German generals refused to surrender even though the war was lost!

This was a project for school.

I dont want to be taught by a person I don't know via youtube-comments.

If I wanted to get to know about how many people were killed in the bombing of Warsaw I can look it up on wikipedia on my own.

Why do you think you are that smart?

And if you like facts, and numbers that much, why are you just arguing with facts dont have a thing to do with what happend in Dresden?
