That is one big fence to protect. If the crowd outside swells and the thugs turn to violence, the protestors can easily break holes in the fence and get into the circle. They don't have enough security personnel to protect this periphery and all other spots around the big city. Estimates of opposition turnout are as high as 3 million. This could turn into a "Berlin Wall" day.
