Agree with 4ginpaws. I was there too. Absolutely brilliant performance in spite of aborted Dark Side

A part of me wishes that if what was left of Floyd reunites, that they would do this song live.

to 4ginpaws...I did a bit of research.
Brighton was the first night & the equipment broke down.
Portsmouth was the second night & there was a power failure.
Bournemouth (23.1.72) was the firt time they did it all the way through.
The set of Rainbow Theatre gigs were after these.

I was at the Winter Gardens Gig In Bournemouth the same week. I heard at the time that it was the first time they got through it in one go. Does anyone rember the dates of these gigs? January...1972

I was at this gig, it really was a fantastic experience. It was the first live preview of DSOM and the equipment broke down after about 20 mins so they had to stop, went off stage then came back with Atom heart Mother. They got through the whole dark Side set the following night at the Rainbow but this was a truly magical night.

Brighton Dome: arguably one of their best live concerts ever.
