It's our intelligent agents need. George W. Bush needs this to get him off the stage freely. Congress/Senate voted all the things that Bush wanted need this. Bin Laden probably is the most genuine fan of Bush regime. Whenever the agents want something they want for the presidency, they will use the Al Qauda/Bin Ladin buttons to drive you out of your mind.
