Julius Peppers doesn't use weights on his workouts, he hates it because he says getting beefy will slow him down......he does a thousand jump ropes, squats no weights, 600 pushups,.......run's sprints daily.................He's like 6'7" Lean cut 280 - 300 lbs, Shaq got 5 inches on him and is 330 with fat......lol

@timothyscottgilbert no he wasn't he was okay, Peppers actually broke hearts when he said this which i his junior year (only yr he played), he wasn't going to play the next sea or enter the nba draft. H e said he was gonna focus on football and his dream to be in the league. Curry was a mcdonald all-american only played CFB until this yr, his junior and only also. Charlie was more coveted in FB but didn't trust his size 6'1" and he chose hoop. Lifelong back-up, I say mistake but hey...
