  • The highest level rhythmic gymnasts train about 35-40 hours a week like Dawes did, she will probably train more as 2012 gets closer.

  • In rhthmic gymnastics though you have to train in 3-4 apparatus, depending on your level. So it's actually the same thing.

  • Mikizzle15, 20something hours is fine considering her age (11 years old) when this video was made. 11 year olds shouldn't be training 35-40 hours each week in the gym. Older, elite rhythmic gymnasts DO train closer to 35 hours a week.

    Alexis is very talented. I'm glad there are videos of her on YouTube.
