@thehellmantrain This is just a guess... Living here in Corvallis, I see the same ones almost every day, so I'm thinking they only run them between here and Toledo.

@MattB613 Yes, that's just about a quarter mile from where we saw the remote controlled locomotive.

This is in Corvallis, Oregon along Reservoir Rd. near the south entrance to Bald Hill park/bikeway. It stopped to pick up some more cars in the siding just out of view to the right.
