The classic cartoon from 1967-1969. A Trillium / Krantz production. Based on the legend of Robin Hood, only the characters are descendants of the Merry Men, living on an asteroid in space around the year 3000.

the word "villan" was originally used to designate the person who lived in a village. This was meant to differentiate them from the nobility. It is strange that the greater part of damage to society occurs in the higher offices, as pointed out by Robert Merton and Edwin Sutherland (1939 white collar crime)

Their crime is deemed acceptable because it lacks the violent component normally associated with blue collar crime. (usually)

Also the wealthy can easily afford lawyers and bribe judges.
