Is Eminem Dissing Lil' Wayne on Forever?

Eminem verse with lyrics off the song Forever with Drake, Kanye West and Lil' Wayne. I didn't type the lyrics so macadiamian's maybe spelled wrong and "Pay motherfucker for the way u got at me" could be doubted, or baited but either way it doesn't really change the meaning of the line or verse. This is just how I interpreted the song after I heard it and I didn't here anybody bringing this up. If I'm wrong cool...
I don't listen to Gucci Mane at all so i will cede I'm wrong on that
But the rest of the verse doesn't apply to him, I could be wrong.... I moved on, it seems it matter more to y'all than me whether I'm write or wrong
But I don't like Wayne and I'm not a stan either so I could care less
