Nuclear-powered computer cars threaten to take over the world. Only the Supersleuths- Nick Brawn and Peter Brain- can save us. They fly to the island controlling the menace, negotiate bushland and cliffs, battle dogs and guards, locate the central control building and blow it sky high... Nothing beats the imagination of a bunch of 12 year old boys! (Winner of the Best Fiction Award-Junior Section, 4th National Youth Film Festival, 1980. This is its 30th Anniversary Re-release.)

  • My favourite director from the 80s is baaaack!

By the way, Dave, is that Jon doing his thing on the soundtrack? Did the original version have a similar one?

  • @reincarnut: Yes, Shyam, you got it, I'm regressing! The original soundtrack featured my pre-pubescent voice with the same words, attempting to sound dramatic and failing miserably, along with the music of the Daly Wilson Big Band (big copyright no-no!) so when the time came to rescore it for the net, I used a friend with a properly adult and authoritative voice who's now a philosophy professor: Graham Wood.

  • I see your been a good thing for a long time, thanks for your comment about the 5 tips for the tube. I did this video as I was tired of seeing tubers upload info which was saying nothing but make good content, without even detailing any advice which would actually help.

  • This video was cool, that climb would have been tough....lol

  • VW,

Great to hear from you and to see you’re making videos. The video was riveting. I hope the guy that was thrown from the incline is OK? Oh no, not the Ultra Sonic Time Assisted Time Bomb! Mission accomplished, hoosh, thank god for those Super Sleuths.

  • @videowilliams Ah yes, the "Eyes to See" voice :-)

Graham Wood (The Voice-over Philosopher?) sounded a bit like Jon on "The Eye of God", hence the question.

  • Nice one David!.
