The only way a nation remain in power, it must continue to employ same methods that propelled them into power. Their methods of maintaining power change with time but yield the same results. Why do we see things remain as they were? There has been no true change. There has been granting of freedoms, held in check by restraints.We know true change has occurred? When jealousy and greed no longer provoke a people to kill another people and when images of superiority and inferiority has disappeared.

My previous comment was in response to SuckOnTruth's post: @mystiqJ Except people like 0prah, Jay Z, and Kobe Bryant throw a wrench into the works as far as the idea that blacks are a permanent underclass. Oh yeah, 0bama too! See, in order for the argument that blacks are permanently down, you can't ever have any rich ones

@SuckOnTruth.Why do you suppose White indentured servitude declined and died? It died because getting a white population of servants to come to the colonies voluntarily and remain under control was a challenge and soon became a dangerous liability to the aristocratic class..The only thing a poor white had to be thankful for was the fact he was not a slave...Their freedom was our slavery. period
